I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ‘DIGITAL DOWNLOADS’ EMAIL / LINK
Once you have ordered, you will receive two emails, one is a receipt and the other includes a link back to your account to download the digital images. Please, check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders – the email can sometimes end up in there.

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY DIGITAL DOWNLOADS TO MY COMPUTER?
1.Visit shop.ncsphotos.com.au and log into your account,
2.Go to 'Digital portraits' menu and
3.Click 'My Downloads' OR click the below link

CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR DIGITAL FILES
(You can either download all files at once by selecting download by using ZIP file or click 'DOWNLOAD PICTURE' on each file)

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY DIGITAL DOWNLOADS TO MY PHONE?
Downloading digital images will vary depending on your phone/device - If possible, we recommend downloading the images to your computer using the above instructions.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN DIGITAL DOWNLOADS, IS IT ALL IMAGES?
The Digital Downloads will include all images that you see in a single child’s folder except for the group photo. This includes sibling or other types of shots that your account may contain.

IS THE GROUP / CLASS PHOTO INCLUDED IN THE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS?
No, for privacy reasons we are not allowed to offer digital copies of the group / class photos. (As much as we would love for you to have it!)
You are welcome to purchase it as a print in any size.

I’VE DOWNLOADED MY DIGITAL FILES – HOW DO I UNZIP THEM?
You should be able to ‘Right Click’ or ‘Double Click’ on the folder - this varies from computer to computer,
Then choose the option ‘Extract’ or ‘Extract to here’.
The folder should then unzip and a new folder will appear - your photos are in here.

ORDERING, PRINTS, PACKAGES

HOW DO I ORDER PACKAGES?
On the menu, click ‘Exclusive Packages’. In each package there are multiple pages you can design and order.
Simply drag the image that you would like, over to the rectangle on the page you would like that photo. Then use the editing tools at the bottom of the page to adjust your photos including zooming in, and nudging the image left, right, up or down.
When you are happy with the layouts (please note they print as per what you see) click ‘Add to Shopping Cart’.
HOW DO I ORDER INDIVIDUAL PRINTS?
On the left hand side menu, click ‘Prints & Products’, if you would like separate prints, click on ‘Portrait Pictures’ If you would like group or class photo prints, click on ‘Group Pictures’ Next select the size that you would like printed, finally, drag the image that you would like, over to the main rectangle in the centre and click ‘Add to Shopping Cart’.

HOW DO I PURCHASE THE GROUP / CLASS PHOTO?
This can be purchased as part of a print package OR as separate or additional print, 
Ordering in a Print Package: Scroll across in the Package bar at the top and click the print you wish to replace, then scroll down in the left hand photo bar until you see the group photo, then drag it across to the central area.
Ordering as a separate print: Please see “How do I order Individual Prints?”

THE 14 DAY “TIME LIMITED DISCOUNT” PERIOD HAS EXPIRED, CAN I STILL GET THE DISCOUNTED PRICE?
Orders placed within the 14 days of logging into the shop are offered a discount because we can process them all together.
In fairness to other families who have ordered on time, we can no longer offer you the discounted price. If you believe your circumstances are special, please get in touch.

DOES THE PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDE BOTH MY CHILDREN’S PHOTOS?
The package prices are per child.

If you have already logged in previously, you will be able to use your email address and the password that you chose. If you have not yet logged in, please ask us by emailing orders@ncsphotos.com.au

DELIVERY FEES & TIMES


THE “FREE SCHOOL DELIVERY” PERIOD HAS EXPIRED, CAN I STILL GET FREE DELIVERY?
Orders placed within the 10 days of the email communications being sent out are offered free delivery because they are sent together.
Orders placed after this period are automatically charged the delivery fee regardless of where they are sent. This is the cost we incur by our dispatch service.
In fairness to other families who have ordered on time, we can no longer offer you free delivery.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE FOR POSTAGE?
We offer the choice of “Free School Delivery” during the first 10 days of the ordering period. If you choose “Home Delivery” or order after the this 10 day window, you will pay the exact cost that we are charged by our dispatch service. This fee covers the cost of your ordering being individually packaged and posted to you.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Free School Delivery: Within 21 days of the Free Delivery window closing.(10 days after first email communication sent to parents)
Home Delivery: Within 21 days of placing your order.
Digital Downloads: Immediately.
